Where Nebulae Began

The first idea. The first form.

Long before Nebulae became an ecosystem of architecture, hospitality, art and wellbeing, it was a single vision held by a young architecture student.

At twenty-two, architect and Alianz founder Eric Bogantes designed what would become Alianz Loft — the first built expression of an idea that would keep evolving for years.

Surrounded by gardens and cypresses, many planted by the architect himself long before Nebulae was completed in 2025, the Loft grew slowly, alongside the landscape that now defines it.

Not the first because it came first — but because it was the moment an idea first became real.

One Structure · Two Worlds

By day, a diamond.

Light moves across the glass and the Loft mirrors the sky and the gardens around it. The structure shifts with the hours, dissolving the line between architecture and landscape until the building seems to belong to the trees.

By night, a spacecraft.

After dark, everything changes. Surrounded by glass and framed by illuminated cypresses, guests describe the feeling of sitting inside a spacecraft moving silently through the landscape.

The familiar disappears. Reflections multiply. Space feels suspended between nature and imagination.

A Space to Be Felt

More than a residence — an experience.

The Loft was conceived as an exploration of atmosphere, perception and emotion: a place where architecture becomes something you feel, not simply something you see.

The Space

Distributed across three levels.

The Loft unfolds as a sequence of interconnected spaces designed for curiosity, connection and contemplation. Expansive glass façades, outdoor terraces, a jacuzzi and gathering areas keep interior and exterior — shelter and openness — in continuous dialogue.
